*2G+ definition : persons vaccinated or cured of Covid for less than 4 months (120 days) OR more than 4 months (120 days) but with proof of negative test

For your Wellbeing and Security

For your Wellbeing and Security

To offer you the perfect relaxation experience in these special times, we have put together a comprehensive protection plan that includes a large number of measures.

  • From December 22nd, each person must present a valid Covid Certificate based on the 2G or 2G+ rule (details above) to access the thermal baths, the hotel or the restaurants. This does not apply to our Wellness Area.
  • Wearing a mask is  mandatory in the thermal baths (to the indoor pool and indoor couloirs), hotel, restaurants, wellness center (even for people who have been vaccinated or have a Covid certificate and any others certificates. Visors are not accepted as protection)
  • Continuous disinfecting of the zones by our cleaning team
  • We have increased the number of employees to ensure that all these measures are put into place
  • Disinfecting gel available throughout the site
  • Online booking to access the thermal baths
  • We have installed plexiglass to protect our employees

Entering Switzerland and risk areas

Coming from certain regions/countries, it is possible that you are subject to access restrictions to Switzerland or to specific entry conditions (quarantine, testing, etc.).

Since January 22, 2022, the presentation of a proof of vaccination, Covid recovery or a negative PCR test result is mandatory to enter Switzerland. A form must also be completed.

Les Bains de Lavey cannot take the decision and responsibility for access to Switzerland, therefore we ask our visitors to consult the recommendations/decisions of the competent authorities before booking or visiting.

For more information on this subject, please consult the official page of the Swiss Confederation by clicking below.

International Certificates' conversion

The registration platform for the recognition of international certificates went online on October 25. Guests from third countries can now have their certificate converted into a Swiss certificate and thus have access to all services for which it is currently required.

If you already have a digital COVID certificate from the EU or a certificate compatible with it, you do not need to apply for a Swiss COVID certificate. These certificates are recognized in Switzerland.

If you do not have a corresponding certificate, you can apply for a Swiss COVID certificate, provided that you have received a vaccine authorized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) abroad. These are the following vaccines:

  • Comirnaty® / BNT162b2 / Tozinameran (Pfizer/BioNTech)
  • Spikevax® / mRNA-1273 / COVID-19 vaccine (Moderna)
    Vaxzevria® / AZD1222 /
  • Covishield™ (AstraZeneca)
    COVID-19
  • Vaccine Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)
