To strengthen our team at the Baths’ reception, we are currently looking for a:

Receptionist 40–60%

(Half-day shifts, mornings or evenings, over 5 days)

Your responsibilities:

• Welcome, inform and guide guests using the Baths, Spa and treatment areas
• Manage admissions, subscriptions, gift vouchers and additional sales
• Actively promote complementary services and products (upselling)
• Handle payments and ensure accurate transaction processing
• Distribute and monitor access devices (wristbands, cards, etc.)
• Answer calls, emails and customer inquiries
• Ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction at every stage
• Contribute to customer loyalty with a caring, personalized welcome
• Maintain cleanliness, discretion and calm in the reception area

Your profile:

• Education in reception, tourism, hospitality or equivalent experience
• Well-groomed appearance, excellent communication, service-oriented and a team player
• Comfortable handling customer flow and payment transactions
• Fluent in French and English – additional languages are a valuable asset
• Knowledge of the TAC system is a strong advantage, or ability to learn quickly

What we offer:

• An enriching experience within one of the leading thermal resorts in French-speaking Switzerland, set in an exceptional natural environment.

• Indicative working hours: 09:00–13:00 or 14:00–18:00, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Salary conditions: between CHF 4,350 and CHF 4,650 at 100%, depending on educational background and years of experience in a similar role.
