Cook – Full Time (M/F)
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes and ensure mise en place before service
- Plate and arrange cold buffets, ensuring quality and visual appeal
- Anticipate and quickly replenish both hot and cold buffets during service
- Operate the grill station: take customer orders, cook meat and fish, provide recommendations when needed, and interact with guests in a courteous and attentive manner
- Deliver premium-level service to our guests
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and a warm, professional welcome
- Comply with internal policies and legal hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
Your profile:
- Proven experience as a cook in a similar category restaurant, ideally with experience in buffet or traditional service
- Solid knowledge of culinary rules and techniques
- Excellent command of French
- Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Versatile, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
