To strengthen the kitchen brigade of our restaurant, we are looking for a:  

Cook – Full Time (M/F)

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare dishes and ensure mise en place before service
  • Plate and arrange cold buffets, ensuring quality and visual appeal
  • Anticipate and quickly replenish both hot and cold buffets during service
  • Operate the grill station: take customer orders, cook meat and fish, provide recommendations when needed, and interact with guests in a courteous and attentive manner
  • Deliver premium-level service to our guests
  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and a warm, professional welcome
  • Comply with internal policies and legal hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)

Your profile:

  • Proven experience as a cook in a similar category restaurant, ideally with experience in buffet or traditional service
  • Solid knowledge of culinary rules and techniques
  • Excellent command of French
  • Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
  • Versatile, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Start date: Immediately or to be agreed upon
