Chef de Partie (Rotating Position) – Full Time (M/F)
Fixed-term contract until March 31, 2026, with the possibility of a permanent contract
Your responsibilities:
- Be versatile and able to work both at La Table des Bains and Le Chalet des Bains
- Participate in, monitor and control mise en place for both restaurants
- Collaborate with the Head Chefs to develop new recipes and menus, ensure continuous improvement of the culinary offer and proactively make suggestions
- Master all kitchen stations across both outlets
- Ensure the quality and visual presentation of dishes, both on the buffet and in à la carte service at Le Chalet des Bains
- According to your managers’ directives: manage, support and coach the kitchen teams to maintain high standards of quality and productivity
- Ensure compliance with staff duties and cleaning schedules for all areas of La Table des Bains and Le Chalet des Bains
- Help maintain team motivation and contribute to their ongoing training and skills development
- Anticipate and quickly restock cold buffets and hot sides during service at La Table des Bains
- Take customer orders and prepare grilled meats and fish; advise guests when needed, always with courtesy and professionalism
- Guarantee guest satisfaction through impeccable service and a warm, professional welcome
- Comply with and enforce hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
- Participate in the preparation and service of banquets, weddings and seminars
- Ensure constant cleanliness and quality in your work area, at the grill station and in all storage fridges
Your profile:
- Proven experience as a confirmed Chef de Partie or Sous-Chef in a similar category restaurant, ideally with buffet and à la carte service
- Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Fluent in French
- Impeccable presentation, polite and courteous
- Strong sense of service, detail-oriented, and attentive to guests
- Dynamic, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Comfortable working with a wide range of customers
- Highly organised, autonomous, responsible and reliable
- Excellent knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Versatile and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
