Head Waiter/Waitress – Full Time (M/F) - Fixed-term contract

The restaurant Le Chalet des Bains, located within the Les Bains de Lavey complex, offers refined and flavourful regional cuisine.
To strengthen its team, the restaurant is looking for:  

Head Waiter/Waitress – Full Time (M/F)

Fixed-term contract

Main responsibilities:

• Deliver a premium-level service to our guests

• Ensure constant guest satisfaction and offer a flawless welcome

• Oversee each stage of the service and guarantee its smooth execution

• Set up, serve, and clear tables

• Promote sales (cross-selling and upselling) and take orders

• Follow instructions from the management and uphold company standards

• Use the cash register system to process typings, collections, and cash register closings.

• Comply with internal and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)

• Prepare orders and manage stock levels

Required profile:

• Hospitality diploma (CFC or equivalent, CAP-BEP)

• Formal training and proven experience as Chef de Rang (min. 4 years)

• Impeccable appearance, courteous and attentive

• Strong sense of service, attention to detail, and active listening skills

• Energetic and responsive, excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and team spirit

• Comfortable with a diverse clientele

• Highly organized, autonomous, responsible, and reliable

• Diplomatic and able to train or guide others

• Flexible with working hours and resilient under pressure

 

Start date: From 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026 (with the possibility of renewal until 31 May 2026).
