Head Waiter/Waitress – Full Time (M/F) - Fixed-term contract

To strengthen our restaurant team, we are currently looking for a:

Head Waiter/Waitress – Full Time (M/F)

Fixed-term contract

Your responsibilities:

• Provide table service during lunch and dinner: you will take orders and ensure smooth service within your assigned section
• Build guest loyalty and optimize revenue while complying with the company's service standards
• Operate the POS system for order input, payments and daily cash register procedures
• Adhere to all internal and legal hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Maintain open, respectful daily communication with your colleagues

Your profile:

• You hold a Swiss CFC (Federal Certificate of Capacity) in restaurant services or an equivalent qualification
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a hotel or restaurant of equivalent standing
• You are fluent in French, with English as a strong asset
• Fast and flexible, you thrive in a dynamic environment and are productive during both lunch and evening services

Start date: From 1 September 2025 to 31 March 2026 (with the possibility of renewal until 31 May 2026).
