To complete its team, the Bar Arc-en-Ciel, located within the beautiful Les Bains de Lavey complex, is looking for:

A Full-Time Waiter/Waitress (100%)
Continuous shifts

Your mission:

• Ensure lunch and dinner service with the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Build guest loyalty by offering a premium service experience and help optimize revenues in accordance with internal guidelines
• Support kitchen operations and food production, in addition to bar and counter service
• Carry out mise en place, order taking, table and bar service, and payment handling (non-stop service throughout the day)
• Process payments and perform end-of-day cash closures
• Maintain positive and effective communication with other departments and colleagues
• Adhere to hygiene regulations and internal policies (HACCP standards)

Your profile:

• Holder of a vocational qualification in service (or equivalent) with relevant experience in a similar position
• Fluent in French, with good English communication skills. German and experience with SIMPHONY software would be an asset
• Strong hospitality sense, empathy, and solid understanding of guest service and dining room operations
• Flexible, well-organized, and dynamic, you enjoy teamwork and direct guest interaction
