To strengthen the kitchen team of our restaurant, we are currently looking for a:

Auxiliary Cook (M/F)
Part-Time

Your mission:

• Prepare dishes and set up for service

• Arrange cold buffets, ensuring visual presentation and quality

• Anticipate and ensure rapid replenishment of hot and cold buffets during service

• Operate the grill station: take orders and cook meat and fish items to customer preferences, providing advice and attentive service

• Deliver a premium service to our guests

• Ensure constant customer satisfaction and maintain an impeccable welcome

• Comply with all internal guidelines and legal hygiene standards (HACCP)

Your profile:

• Proven experience as a qualified cook/pastry chef in a similar establishment, ideally in traditional or buffet-style catering

• Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking practices

• Very good pastry skills (a plus)

• Excellent command of French

• Good knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)

• Flexible and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Start date: August 1, 2025 or to be agreed upon.
