Do I have to make a reservation before coming to the thermal baths ?
Yes, in order to guarantee your access to the Baths, an online reservation is mandatory before your arrival, especially because of the limitations regarding the number of simultaneous bathers present in the establishment (Covid measures). We ask our guests to respect their arrival time, with anticipation, in order to avoid any inconvenience – the time slots are not flexible and allow us to ensure the number of simultaneous bathers for safety reasons.
Guests staying at the Grand Hotel des Bains do not need to book their access to the baths, as it is included in any stay at the hotel.
Is it mandatory to book a Wellness treatment online?
Unlike the Baths, it is not mandatory to book your treatments online, but it is mandatory to make a reservation before your visit, whether it is done online, by phone or by e-mail. Our new online reservation system is nevertheless recommended in order to facilitate the purchase of your treatments and easily check our available time slots. In addition, you will benefit from a special offer until April 30th if you make a reservation for a Wellness treatment online.
I received a gift voucher or an invitation, how do I make a reservation?
To reserve access to the Baths if you have an invitation or wish to use a gift voucher, please write to les.bains[at]bains-lavey.ch specifying your desired day and time of arrival or call us at 024 486 15 55, we will inform you if the time slot is available or if it is necessary to postpone your arrival time.

I am blocked when choosing my access to the Baths, how can I continue my reservation ?
In the phase of the choice of your accesses (at the time of a reservation for the Baths), it is necessary to allocate the access to each person. To do this, simply click on the white “+” sign on a blue background, then check the persons to whom you wish to assign access.
If I book a Wellness treatment with access to the Baths, do I have to check in to choose my access to the Baths?
We advise you to check in for the Baths by contacting us by e-mail at wellness[at]bains-lavey.ch . This allows us to guarantee you a place at the time you wish, either before or after your Wellness treatments.
I have a problem when finalizing my reservation online or during payment, what should I do?
If you have already made a reservation attempt, purchased a gift voucher or made a reservation before, you must click on the phrase “Have an account?” (in gold on the Contact Information page, above the User ID box) and fill in your login information. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it.
It also happens that some credit cards do not allow online payments, if this is the case, it is necessary to check this information with your bank.
I did not receive a confirmation e-mail after my online reservation, is this normal ? How do I proceed?
No, this is not normal, each reservation made correctly is followed by a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation, the following problems may be the cause:
The payment is pending (sometimes you are asked for a security validation by your card provider to confirm the payment or there may also be some delay in payment)
Your email address was entered incorrectly (it may be linked to a previous reservation, which requires logging into your customer account)
The payment was not made immediately, so the reservation deadline has passed
I don’t have a credit card, how can I make a reservation?
If you do not have a credit card, you can use the TWINT application to pay with a debit card for example. Otherwise we invite you to send us an e-mail to les.bains[at]bains-lavey.ch with your contact information, desired arrival time and number of people.
